For installing COGPACK on several computers at the same time additional station licenses are required. At the moment we count additional licenses only up to 11 (COGPACK Professional and an additional 10-Station License), which we consider to be a Campus- and Network-License. Additional licenses as well as Campus-Licenses are only valid for one institution at one given postal adress and only if this institution owns a COGPACK Professional. Backups are permitted. Every other copy or the distribution of the program and handbook is prohibited unless you have a written agreement of marker software.

We cannot guarantee functionality of the program for any hard and software constellation except those described in the product info. We also cannot guarantee that the program meets any special purpose of the user; marker software has tested the program for functions and under conditions described in the product info. The internal error routines produce a message if forseeable errors occur. Reports on errors to marker software which include this message and describe the circumstances under which the error occured will be checked and a diagnose sheet on that error will be shipped. Limited warranty: in any case marker software's and its suppliers' entire liability and your exclusive remedy shall be, at manufacturer's option either return of the price paid or repair or replacement of the software within 6 month after invoice. Customers may use the email or phone hotline Mon-Fri 9.00-16.00 h. Marker software can limit the support for earlier versions as soon as update versions are available. Returning the original CD envelope together with the original invoice within one month from date of invoice is accepted, but: by opening the sealed CD envelope you agree to conditions as described and exclude the return of the software.
